In 1664, Ruary Spring was born in the county of Cork, Ireland. He followed the long tradition of the famous Irish brewers, and left his descendants the name of “Spring” as an emblem of quality and knowledge of the whiskey and the tremendous traditional beers. It was in 1893 that Robert Spring opened for the first time in England the Pub “Spring Pub” but then with the coming of the war, the familial project was almost shut down definitively. Years later, in a modern time, born from Irish blood, the Spring Brothers, Christian and Ryann Spring challenged themselves and created in 2000 the first traditional Irish Pub in Geneva, keeping the traditions and the quality of the Irish brewers alive. The legend kept on going with the famous “Spring Brothers Irish Pub”.
